On tuesday the others were for watching the soccer game. Unfortunateley they forgot to take a camera with them, so there are no pics of this. On the other hand, I made a grand tour from our place at Harvard Ave. towards the center of the city, mainly Sherbrook Steet along. The following are houses around where we live, then when the look turns more urban I approach downtown and end up at Place dArtes where the Jazz Festival takes place. As you might notice, it was a rainy day with frequent heavy showers. Quite annoying, as I had to take my camera in and out of the bag, always exchanging it with the umbrella. Look at the one which looks like the view out of a tie-fighter attacking the facility ;-))

The first shot here happened while heading towards china town. In order to stay cloacked I shot out of the waist while walking by, unable to change camera-settings. Luckily I set them a few minutes before. Even worse, the two guys were already four o clock behind me when I released the shutter - damn I am good ;-)) The second picture shows how I knew of the soccer game. Celebrating German drop out is a very international language. Then there is china town and me co-starring in a Hongkong movie.

Coming home: the last picture here shows the house we are living in and the car Sonia drove later. This was for practice and she did very well - exept this red misterious signals...

This was our driving lesson where we came to a viewing platform. The sky was dizzy and even fog occured. I tried a few long exposures with aperture set to 22. Also in the car where I mounted the camera on a mini-tripod, which I mounted at the side screen. The care picture was a 40 second exposure. You notice the red signals painting streaks instead of discs? ;-))
